A ficus elastica be
The first house plant that I did get.
Also known as a rubber tree,
I got when it was still small yet.
But a bouncing baby, it grew,
Over time and with care, a lot.
Very often I had to do
A replant to a bigger pot.
The tree, now a tall gal or guy,
By my bedroom window does sit,
Looking leafy at eight feet high,
Bigger each time I look at it.
Way down deep one of my desires -
It will grow a new set of tires.

I love the way you see things; your untiring vision is obviously planted deep.
