My Seams - Poem by David Darbyshire

My Seams, always seem to split
every time I want to Sit
My Dreams, never seem to quit
I sleep a lot, I admit

I should buy a sewing machine
and make a double stitch on my pants
also get an alarm clock
to wake up out my trance

Well they always say, 'A stitch in time saves nine' so I think if your seams are coming apart, a quick stitch must be the answer. As for the dreams you just have to go with the flow I'm afraid. Sweet ones! Love Ernestine XXX (Report) Reply
