My star and
Tuesday,23rd June 2020

You remained shining star
even though remained very far
not away from my memory
but still made me weary

your rose like appearance
compelled me to look at once
have some pleasantries
to store in the memories

"May I have your hand"
and serve as good friend
she smiled and returned with thanks
I wondered in another world and tried to put ink

what was so special about her?
was it outer beauty to bother?
no, nothing of that either
it was only her

she had sun's charm
with no intention to cause any harm
she remained cordial and warm
with gentle smile and nothing to warn
