My woman, my wife has a soul like water pure
And clear of dirt, storm, disease, for me to ensure
Myself still to confide in investing my time
On her, the rose I deem to be of utmost prime.
My woman, my wife has a soul like the air calm
And open to seasons of blossomed care, does no harm
To me and the kids, helps me to keep a good home.
Her grace that of a swan, on which I gladly roam
My woman, my wife has a soul like the earth strong
And accommodating with love that remains long
Like spring and summer infinite so with the trace
Of harmony from heaven for all to embrace.
My woman, my wife has a soul like the fire found
In her to be passionate light that sends words sound
Like a clear path to follow straight to fortune's ring.
Of a dove in her nature, leaps my heart to sing.
