Mysterious Love Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Mysterious Love

Rating: 5.0

She waits for shiny armored knight
On this cold and awful lonely night
Rust armored knights in holey jeans
Make her feel like in her teens

She hides her tears with a beer or two
Harassed by guys who think she's Runaround Sue
Praying for Prince Charming to make his dashing show
Patiently holding on and spending too much dough

Her eyes now filling with tears of joy
Prince Charming entrancing with a good ploy
Boldly and gallantly approaching the enemy
Killer eye for them and a smile for the lady

Two Strangers In The Night making our way
With A Little Help From My Friends makes our day
Her good manners enticing this gentleman of crime
My audacious shyness now showing in my prime

Daybreak comes and goes on quite A Foggy Day
I'm listening to Love Is Here To Stay
She's moved to little Aurora
And I'm in such a brew-ha-ha

Call Me Irresponsible I've been miserable
But now in My Way I'm Irresistible
Mack The Knife in modern day making
All Or Nothing in today's taking

For Once In My Life I'm Beginning To See The Light
Regret missing you all those years You're Outta Sight
Come Fly With Me Fly Me To The Moon
Mysterious lover came non too soon
