Natures Fury Poem by Fiona Davidson

Natures Fury

Through the storm she flies
Tossed and buffeted by winds
Washed by the rain that lashes
Her skin with its burning rage

Feet trace a pathway over
The granite clouds of anger
Delicatly treading on droplets
Of water that surround her

She holds out her hands
To catch the starlight
Throwing it downwards
To brighten the earth

Never fear the tempest
It's just nature venting fury
