Never Let...
Never let your enemy rob you blind
Leaving you terrified losing your mind
Never let your foe rob you of all dough
Scrambling in a life full of such sorrow
Never let your attacker
Become a defiler
Stripping you of your dignity
In your sea of humanity

You have no idea how important these words are to me Richard. I think this is something a bully child should read in need, I know my child self would have read this with hope. to my favorites
2) cont'd: I stood up to the bullies! And to my great surprise, they respected me for that. And in some cases, they actually became my friends...even protectors! Many many Thanks, my friend for having added this poem to your favourites!
Kevin, it makes me very happy to see that my poem has brought you such comfort. I totally empathize with you and was able to write such a poem because I too was bullied. Although my parents had taught me to turn the other cheek, I could no longer take it.
