Never Moved On Poem by Pushkar Joshi

When everything was going wrong,
That was not the right time for you to be gone.
Still I decided to be strong,
But thought of the times together and decided not to move on.

The rains we shared the light and the shadows we shared,
Every moment was real for me.
The fights between us showed that I never cared,
You thought of all that and decided to be free.

I know I was wrong all the time,
So only i begged in front of you for you to be with me.
Every relationship has a drawback which is no crime,
But if you insist I'm ready to be what you want me to be.

I know it is to late to apologise,
But if you are in love its never too late.
If you need some time to think over it and realize,
Then I'll wait ages for you to know that i can be your soulmate.

Still if you decide to leave me forever,
I will be left with no option than to set you free.
If you find yourself lonely ever,
Don't hesitate to look back for one person catching your back and that would be me.
