Hey, the hyacinth of my life so dreary,
Give me the alms of your love savory.
An indigent I am without love poured,
Never say no and don't leave me ignored.
On doorsteps I can wait up to judgment day,
Give me a glimpse at least to justify my stay
Whimsical or fanciful you may think of my act,
Love is blind with no logic as a matter of fact.
Let me see your emerald eyes I do entreat,
Fill my heart with light of love never to deplete.
Not asking anything unusual but love unending,
After a lot of courage such a request I am sending.
Never say no against such a condescending appeal,
Else fall I will in the Styx with no salvation I really feel.
