New Dawn's Shining Light Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

New Dawn's Shining Light

Rating: 5.0

N-ew dawn's shining light
H-as taken the dusk away;
E-arly beacon brings joy,
N-ovember fifth sunny day.
H-ow warm is the new dawn, denying the old twilight;
E-very morning it breaks to make the day so bright.

M-ist, haze and fog
A-re all nowhere in sight;
R-ise of the sun begins
J-ust after the long coldest night.
O-ne dawn's shining light
R-emains radiant in red;
I-t makes you wake up
E-arly from your soft bed.

V-iew of the dawn's light
I-s coming from the sky;
E-ach gleam is glowing,
R-ays are emitted up high.

E-xceptional excitement
S-hared by the dawn's light
P-romises a better life
A-head if you do it right.
N-ever for a time I thought
O-f dark clouds getting white;
L-ook at the lane and see new dawn's shining light.
