New Year's Light Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

New Year's Light

Rating: 5.0

K-eep the new year's light
A-lways alive and aglow;
R-ise of the sun has opened
Y-our eyes after the shadow.
L-et the new year's light
L-ive and dwell in your life;
E-arly Monday January first finds no solace from strife.

N-ice day begins to dawn,
A-fter the final midnight;
Z-one of bright beacon gives
A-nother new year's
L-ight.
