A-fter the dusk has gone,
P-erfect dawn is shining bright;
R-ain and chill have turned
I-nto a fresh morning
L-ight.
A-pril fourth this year,
S-hadows pass from eyes;
U-nless the twilight fades,
N-ew day shall not rise.
C-louds though have drifted
I-nto the thin open air;
O-ne verse is built within,
N-ice words I want to share.
