Night Is A Time To Rest

Night is a time to rest—
All things to compress.
A time to destress,
Retiring to the nest.
Night is a time for rest—
The soul could attest.
And sleep to access,
As gravity arrests.
Night is the time to rest
As day reaches its crest.
And when the sun heads west.
Night falls nonetheless.
