No One Can Get Close To Her Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

No One Can Get Close To Her

Rating: 4.5

She wants to travel around In her own comfort.
Stacked amist a busyness that soothes,
And entraps.

So much so...
No one can get close to her,
From all of the baggage she carries.

Keeping those 'truths' she conceals,
Guarded and secretly unrevealed.

And kept protected,
By a sensitive defensiveness.
So strong it can not be moved.
