An informative piece about the dangers of smoking, I gave up seven years ago and wish I had never smoked at all, I also lost my partner who had emphysema, well done for writing this, Lynda xx

as an x- smoker, i know what you say is true, and i had promised my wife and daughter when i moved to florida, i would stop. i was on the patch for two weeks and then threw them away and went cold turkey. now my wifes brother in laws lungs are starting to collapse. i give this a double ten for the info that you spread in your poem.
