No To Racism Poem by Enyinwa Okechukwu Enyinwa

No To Racism

Blood brings u together
why does skin colour
tear us apart?

Language and our skin colour
is the symbol of mankind
why can't you cherish
mine?

I see myself in those white
skins, why can't them see
their self in mine?

Our skin is the bound between
us and our creator, even the
brids living their fantasies in
the sky can testify of our beauty
when we dance together.

I say no to racism what about
you?

A very beautiful and moving poem. May racism melt away now like Arctic ice in warm seas. It is my personal belief that we all have many lives.. and that we are born in one life black, in another life Asian, in a third Caucasian and so on. God bless you and Nigeria, a holy country.
