No Words Poem by Nicolaa Gallardo

The eyes of a wanderer struck closely to the sky.
With sadness, he sighed a longing sigh.
Has love left him once more?
A blank space filled his thoughts.

The skies had loose stars.
Serenely falling into silence
Could there be more to love?
Despair fled like a criminal.

The dreamer sat upon the rock.
Her eyes brimmed with crystal tears.
To never lose hope, she thought.
Am I just another speck?

She watched as the shooting stars fell.
Her red balloon floating away.
But, far from where she sat, was a light shining brightly.
The brighter the glow, the closer she wanted to be.

With hope, came love.
The dreamer met the wanderer.
Despair and self-doubt, left.
Watching closely was the Divine, smiling at he world.
