Not even once

Not even once
But twice and thrice
I had promised with words
That I shall always move forward
No, it was never an intention
To make desertion
And put you on the mat
Iknow what is called fate
We had woven beautiful net
And tried to get
As one entity
And always thanked an almighty
But you gave an alarming signal
We, all of sudden, became simple individual
Love was not to be seen at all
It was definitely visible fall
I am not prepared to lose
As you were rightly chosen
It was my resolve
So I have restrained and well behaved
