Not Fit To Live With One Another Poem by Sandra Feldman

Not Fit To Live With One Another

Rating: 5.0

For centuries
We have sought
To live in Peace
With one another,
Complete failure!
Ferociously destructive
Forces,
Within us, make us
The most dangerous
And mentally unstable
Beings, of the planet,
Not fit to live
With one another
And always blaming
Our faults
On each other.

Wake up!
Grow up!
Nobody is responsible
For the pain you spread
Nor the fooling of others,
But yourself
Its time to know
The difference,
Between right and wrong
And stop harming,
Each another,
By being, truthful
And strong.

There is Harmony in the Universe,
Why not apply it
To our Life here on Earth?

So true, Sandra. Nicely put. Humans are the most dangerous predators... But, in sharp contrast, there is indeed harmony to be found in the universe. Why not apply it to the earth? Individually I think we can. But when we pray Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, we're asking our Creator to implement your last stanza, which he will in due course: -)
