Nothing Without You
I am nothing without you, Lord Jesus
My soul loose upon the wind without direction
Blown and buffeted by fierce purple storms.
Without you there is no purpose nor truth
You are my steadfast rock within tempest seas
Lighthouse beckoning me safely into harbour
Where raging seas cannot overcome me.
I rejoiced in your majesty and teachings
You are the light of the world bedazzling
Eternal love beyond our understanding
Truth of Almighty God and his creation
Answers to mysteries of life and death.
Glory of your overwhelming love and mercy
I follow your footsteps to Heaven's gates.
