Now I Hear The Birds
was lost for so long
never seeing
never feeling
stuck in winter
even when it was spring
Listening to the darker side of my essecence
never thinking about the birds or flowers
now i am seeing so much clearer
the sun warms my skin
the long grass sings a soft song of happiness
the birds sing a melody just for me
Finally alive
Finally found.
I know that feeling, to finally be able to hear the birds sing is truly a good and calming feeling
