Nurture A Lovely Heart Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Nurture A Lovely Heart

What a precious heart God has given us!
A spark of inspiration to it makes one a romantic poet.
It isn't just a pulsating pump to keep us alive.
The sparkles in eyes are the signs of love in heart.
Praises of some virtues of a man show
The angel has some space for him in her heart.
Fire in lovers' hearts ends in lust
And their life may turn to a holocaust.
If one flirts, the other slits the wrist
And a heartbreaking tale of love results.

The furious hearts foment violence
And the barbarian murders are daily routines!
Laugh heartily to laugh away the dangers.
Have a heart to weak souls or else ther hearts fail.
Don't give a different mould the god-made heart of gold.
When malice brews in the heart
Vicious beings spoil the life of all.
