O B E - Poem by Heather Burns

Find a space, a quiet place,
Lay lifes troubles down

Body asleep, mind awake,
A journey ones about to
take.

Floating down, walking
away,
Leaving our solid body
lay.

Taking on the inner lite,
Necessary, for the flight.

Tis the same, as when
we sleep,
We project breathing
deep.

Our energy connection,
holds secure,
So the trip, we can endure.

The silver cord remains in
place,
So we can travel, time
and space.

Going where we want to
be,
Energized, relaxed, and
free.

Concentration is the key,
There are many things to
see.
