O I'm Safe Poem by Gary James Smith

O I'm Safe

O I'm Safe

O I'm safe in the depths of His love
His grace washes over me
Sufficient each day for the evil thereof
Because of Calvary
No cleansing power like Jesus shed blood
The highest cost for my sin
Forgiveness now mine...O glory Hallelujah
Since I've placed my trust in Him

Now from a fountain that never runs dry
I have a well-spring of life
The overflowing love of God
That frees me from harm and strife
A Spirit ever present to comfort my soul
Bringing the Word home to my heart
Leading me in the way of a life everlasting
O my God...how great Thou art!

I'm resting...I'm resting...praise God I'm resting
And trusting in Jesus each day
For I know Him who knows my tomorrow
And walks with me along life's way
Faith is my foundation for this way of living
Praise God I have turned away from sin
Nothing compares to the love Jesus shares
When we repent and we have faith in Him...

Hallelujah what a Saviour!

God is our greatest saviour. He continuously saves us. When we surrender before him, he takes our all responsibilities. We praise God. He redeems us from sins. This poem is very nice and excellently penned philosophical poem. Thank you very much for sharing this work with us.
