Just One Big Difference

by Freeyad Ibrahim

The East-Muslim folk
enjoying the shiny weather
their eyes in the sky
Rain from the sky
The sun in the sky
Where their livelihood comes
Sleeping in their deserts
Under the blue stary sky
And above all
Looking there for God
And they became
Prophets

Quarrelling prophets

And the West Christians
Annoyed by the bad weather
Stayed mostly home
Saw the steam
Dashing
From the
Opening
Of
The kettle
Resting
On the stove
And they
Took the idea
With Good observations
To Apply it
to make their
Steam Engine
And made
The first train
aeroplane,
Car!
to sell
to buy
to Hire..!

Bad weather is then
A blessing
To those who understand.

The West makes
use of good weather
To play football,
With rubber balls,
The East exploits
the same weather
To play with iron balls
Fire…!

O! The Quarrelling Prophets! !
