Of calm mind

Not only exercise
But size
And vastness of calm mind
May only find

The consciousness has something to do with strong body
But it needs knowledge and faith to an almighty
Strongly built body may appeal
Help you to feel better

Only meditation brings consciousness
The reflection of shine on face
The utmost awareness in words spoken
And impressive turn out in open

Simple exercise is of no use
It may refuse
To budge under physical assault
As your body is well built

Exercise is part of meditation
It gets boost in each up gradation
You choose any exercise
The result shall surprise
