Oh, It's Lonely Waiting Poem by Heather Z. Hanna

Oh, It's Lonely Waiting

Oh, it's lonely waiting
For a reply of simple words,
To heartfelt messages sent
With earnest sincerity.

Why must I wait this so,
With longing Heart and searching eyes.
My words were direct and true
Sent so many days ago.

That time escapes too quickly
And I feel the pressure of wondering,
Why it takes too long for answers
To matters of Heart so important.
