I own a gun
a legal one
properly registered
with a permit to carry
and fire
but
I hesitate
to use it….

love is nature's way of giving a reason to be living may much new love come into your life rather than a baptism of your own or others' blood

A sort of Walt Whitman title Ted, and a statement on the Constitutional right of the individual in your country. One that it may surprise you to know, that this Marxist approves of. The poem is a definite change for you and suggests a different voice. I like the way that you have put this together. It seems well structured and economic in its needs. At the same time it is a really pleasant read. And, of course, the statement is one that I can find concord with (but that’s beside the point) .
