On this solemn day, we gather to recall,
A life lived with purpose, touching all,
An eternal flame, his legacy bright,
In every heart, he remains a guiding light.

With books in hand, he sought the skies,
Igniting young minds, aspirations rise,
A teacher, a scientist, and a leader grand,
His wisdom and grace, forever stand.

He dreamed of a nation strong and free,
A future bright for you and me,
His words of hope, like a soothing breeze,
Inspire us still, to reach beyond the seas.

On this day of remembrance, we stand tall,
To honor a visionary, beloved by all,
Though he's gone from mortal sight,
His essence lives on, in every fight.

A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, a name so dear,
In our hearts, you'll always be near,
Your spirit soars in the heavens above,
A symbol of love, wisdom, and eternal love.
