Once The View Doesn't Lie Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Once The View Doesn't Lie

A-llow Thursday fog to fade,
R-ain has just gone away;
C-old chill of the night
H-as turned into warm day.
A-llow Friday sun to rise,
N-ew flame is burning bright;
G-leams give glints and glows,
E-ventide turns into
L-ight.

C-alm ocean and silent sea
A-re signs of a fine weather;
L-et December sixteenth
M-ake you wake from slumber.
A-s you open your eyes
T-o see the true hue of the sky;
E-arly dawn will break,
O-nce the view doesn't lie.
