One Life To Live. Poem by Sandra Feldman

One Life To Live.

Rating: 5.0

What is life?
So brief and fair,
A careless breath
That goes, no where
That can be blown
Away,
Without a care,
So fair, so weak
So unprotected
From Evil's, stare!

Love the metaphor of the careless breath...so perfectly summing up the carelessness of some lives. Also, ... great rhythmic flow!
