I got that funny feeling,
as she passed me yesterday,
that old loving feeling,
I had not felt for many a day.
It looks like one more time again,
I shall fall in love.
Yes, it looks like one more time again,
stars shall shine above.

One more time again,
tears shall fall from eyes,
as the wheels of gossip spin
around her little white lies.
One more time love will hurt me,
as it has done so many times before,
because one more time
love will knock on my door.
