One Rainy Afternoon Poem by Manonton Dalan

One Rainy Afternoon

rain soaking my vision
muffling my song
but i keep on
then i heard the door open
with you looking weakened

i run to help you
with your hand carries
and give you hug and a kiss
you look at me with smile
i took off your coat
and let drain outside for awhile

you brought me chinese food
i can smell it, taste so good
you turn on the radio
and our love music play
you ask me to dance
i never pass the chance

you started whispering on my ears
and i told you 'lets go upstairs'
you pinch me on the ribs, it hurts
we wrestle to the floor, i got water squirts
that didn't work you're on top of me
wild as beast and i succumb to thee
