One Sentence Poem Of Andrew Mciver In Hindi/Urdu Translation

Dil Se Kaam Karna

Vo ek kamray se doosray main
bhoot ki tarah aati jaati rehti hai
aisay k tumain lagta hai vo wahan nahin hai
lakin pyala ab wahan nahin hai
dhoey kapDay almaari main hain
kitabaaiN apni jagah per hain
hawaa ka punkha chal raha hai
khiDkian khuli hui hain
tasveer deewar per lagi hui hai
behs khatam ho chuki hai
sankat tul chuka hai
aur saara kaam jo us ne dil laga kar kiya hai
tum shayad kabhi na samjo gay lakin us ki hi wajah se hai
jo tumain fakhr se bhar deta hai.

Andrew McIver
Spirit Work

She floats like a ghost from room
to room, so much so that you may
not know she's there, but the cup has
been moved, the laundry put away, the
stack of books reordered, the fan left on,
the windows opened, the picture hung,
the argument quelled, the crisis averted,
and the spirit work she has done you may
never know and yet she is the reason you
stand tall.
