Only Human - Poem by Coco Pebblezzz
Someday I'll be as pretty and beautiful as you. But I'm gonna do it my way, I don't need to fill your shoes.Stop pushing me to be someone I don't want to be, because you are you and I am me.
I'm not gonna listen to the tricks you say you have. All they are gonna do is make me sad. I'm not gonna use the tricks you say work. I don't want to hide my wonderful quirks.
I may have lots of oddities, but don't talk about my body please, I should worry about me. You should worry about you. Nobody sees themselves the same way everyone else does.
I may like cats, you may like dogs. I may say pigs, you may say hogs. But what difference does it make. We're only human. We are bound to have mistakes.
Embrase them. It will pay of in the long run.
