Only Pity Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

How can I afford to be ignorant?
In each object He is present
If not so, why sun should appear?
Spread the light and protect the rear

How can I be so ruthless?
Suppressive with madness
Everybody believes in oneness
Only pray in different names

Notice the impact of fanatics?
Hardly 19 or 20 with such hatred basics
No on e can imagine such revengeful attitude?
World has witnessed the appearance of death's nude dance

"Not a dog dies in street without reason"
"I saw one of the crying parents or persons"
"Please spare little children who have nothing to do"
Who will believe now the messages are true?

No religion teaches such cruelty?
We can feel only pity
If needs be each one should unite?
Pick them up from all over and fight
