A-s you open your heart to life,
N-ever ever let it close;
T-ry to receive the message
O-f truth which the evil throws.
N-ever open your heart to lies,
I-n spite of the tempting lure;
O-ffering you an enticing thing that makes you feel the pressure.

G-ive your heart a peaceful feeling,
A-fter hearing the Lord's wisdom;
L-et your soul surely gain
L-ife eternal in God's kingdom.
A-llow your mind to forget,
R-emembering not the strife;
D-ay twenty-eight September,
O-pen your heart to life.
