Oremus
It doesn't matter how you do it.
Just as long as it's legit.
Not asking God to win the lottery,
because you think things will become cheery.
Ask Him for the guidance that you need,
to help you through things that may impede.
Whatever the challenge is for you,
pray for the strength to see it through.
There is no right or wrong.
you can even pray in song.
Anytime of the day, in any way.
Oremus, let us pray.
JoAnn, you are so right in what you say. If you need God he is only a prayer or song away. You can reach out to him at anytime no matter night or day. He is there for us to help in the bad times. Sometimes he sends a messenger, a stranger whom we don't know to help us through. Many times this has happen to me. I suspect it has happened to you. Brilliant poem that holds a lot of truth. Thanks for sharing it. David
