Our Own Little Intimate Duet Poem by JoAnn McGrath

Our Own Little Intimate Duet

Rating: 5.0

The purple hues of twilight fall.
As the stars come out at beckoned call.
The stage is set for our symphony.
As I enjoy the moment on the balcony.

Under the stars you lay me down.
The silver moon's shadow gives you a crown.
My knight and shinning armour is here.
The one I truly love so dear.

Our intimate duet begins.
As you caress my maiden flower within.
Sending shivers down to my toes.
As all my senses are now exposed.

'Passions, audacious and impetuous' lust.
Releasing the floodgates of an emotional rush.
No turning back, we've gone to far.
The heavens now ablaze with stars.

I soar with you as never before.
Our bodies in rhythm and wanting more.
We reach the precipice and float over the edge.
Our love fulfilled, we've made the pledge.

Now laying there in your arms.
Safe from all life's harms.
A night one will never forget.
Our own little intimate duet.
