Out Of The Blue Poem by Darren Grindley

I don't know how things have turned out this way,
i just know in my heart I want you to stay.
I can see deep in your heart and it fills me with joy,
What are these feelings I now have for a boy?
We're told that it's wrong to love the same sex,
But you're simply amazing so the haters can vex!
You've built up this wall to protect you from pain,
With me by your side it WONT happen again!
I may not be perfect we all have our flaws,
But you are still stunning and I accept you and yours.
Believe in yourself! if you could look through my eyes,
You'd see What I see no wall for disguise.
You have a good heart and one of the purest cores,
my life would be complete if I was to be yours.
The romantic stuff may not mean much to you,
But it comes from my heart so you know that it's true.
I will end this off by saying, without you I feel blue,
THANK YOU for everything and just being you
