We all start
with an egg
poached
soft-boiled
sunny-side up
over-easy
scrambled
hard-boiled
fried...
with a side of ham
for the breakfast meeting
of one Carl Jung
An archetypal omelet is sizzling somewhere in my subconscious now.
Not an easy poem.It took me a while to understand it.Thanks to the lovely comments by Richards and Geeta Radhakrishna Menon.Top Marks for the poem of M.J.Lemon.
Thanks for this delightful egg recipe with a tinge of philosophy......Top score dear Mark!
Eggs - poached, boiled, scrambled.....delicious yet a meeting with Carl Jung? Wonder how Freud would react!
Great question! I already threw Freud into the soup so I left the personality issues for Jung.

I would like to translate this poem
there you go again---writing a poem with an easy flow and I ride its surface with uncomplicated joy and then you throw a tsunami at me and I have to find a life raft called Carl Jung that I vaguely recall from long ago college shores---top marks of course
Thank you so much, Susan...and so happy to hear that much of the experience was over easy...
