Pains Of Miscarriage Poem by Lexy Ruth

Pains Of Miscarriage

Rating: 5.0

Was all excited knowing you were coming into the beautiful world of great kings and queens
A great you to be born
Sound of laughter and joy triggers each passing day
Our love bound was so strong
A stare at the mirror eachday
To know the length of your growth
Tried so hard to curve out your face
Tried so hard to figure out your ways
Excited about your little clothes and shoes
Those little hands i'm eager to hold
Suddenly you are gone so soon in a pool of golly blood
Wasn't even privileged to know you
The pains in my heart i can't describe
My heart swollen with hurt
The baby court you left empty
Those very toys you never touched
Leaving me in great wonder
Life seems so different without you
I sure do need you in my world
For a great star was about to be born but now lost
I miss you dearly oh great little one

A painful tale of miscarriage told in eloquent finesse. A heartrending story with strong emotions. Thanks for sharing, Lexy. Remain enriched.

I sadly share these emotions. Miscarriage and the grief a woman has to go through is something I would never wish on my worst enemy.
