'Pains & Sufferings ' - Poem by Marvin Brato Sr

Pains come unexpectedly
so excruciating inwardly
when we're broken
and forsaken

Sufferings linger
destroy our bearing
we succumb to solitude
self-pity rules our attitude

Pains and sufferings
make dual meanings
supplement each other
bring darkness together

Pain can make us stonger too, sometimes we have to fight against the cause of the pain,
    a great poem.
