Pandemic Of Covid19 And Lockdown Poem by Mohammad Muzzammil

Pandemic Of Covid19 And Lockdown

A tiny virus, unseen by the eye,
Came upon the world, with a silent sigh.
A pandemic, spreading across the land,
With a force so great, we could hardly stand.

It swept through the cities, the towns, the hills, Infecting the old, the young, the strong, the still. The world stood still, as we watched in fear,
The virus seemed to be everywhere.

We were asked to stay at home, to be safe,
To wear masks and gloves, and keep our space. The economy suffered, people lost their jobs, The world seemed to be at a complete loss.

But in the midst of all the chaos and pain,
We saw hope and love, shine through like a flame.
We came together, as a community so strong,
To fight the virus, and keep moving on.

We stood by our healthcare workers, brave and true,
Who worked day and night, to see us through. They risked their lives, to save the sick,
Their selflessness, a true heroic trick.

And so, the virus slowly ebbed away,
The world began to heal, day by day.
We learned to adapt, to change our ways,
To be grateful for each and every day.

For the virus taught us, to cherish life,
To love and care, through all the strife.
And so, we move forward, with hope in our hearts,
Knowing that we can make it through any dark.
