Peaceful Relation - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

We are bleeding to death
The border people unable to breathe
Remain in house or sleep outside
To venture outside is called sure suicide

The fire across border has become routine
The enemy is opening barrage of fire day and night
The soldiers are dying but firing for self defense
The forests are deep and dense

They sneak into and hide at safe place
There is hide and seek race
They are suicide bombers
They die to become self styled martyrs

We are peace loving country
And wants to live with harmony
But what do we do when our civilians are killed?
The fishermen are caught and jailed

We have federal set up to observe
Be vigilant and decisively serve
The people have large expectation
It all depends on peaceful relation
