Peaceful Soul Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Peaceful Soul

The first passer-by shows me
A thing and asks,
'How is it? '
I say,
'It's beautiful, '
He leaves the place happily,
After a while,
The second passer-by comes,
He shows me another thing and asks,
'How is it? '
I gently answer,
'It's more beautiful, '
He also departs joyously,
Finally, the third passer-by appears,
He shows me a different thing too and asks,
'How is it? '
I smilingly answer,
'Dear friend!
It's most beautiful, '
Being extremely pleased,
He departs soon;
Then I go to my little cottage
And sleeps there with a peaceful soul.
