Peculiar Reason
'Yes' is
The question,
'Yes' is
The answer too,
So, there should be
No problem,
But in reality
The problem is vast
For this peculiar reason,
Everybody whispers
From the back of the curtain.
Sounds like what's happening with President Biden. Just kidding (or not) . Your poetic, and philosophic, scenario spells disaster. It's a no-win situation. Better to have said 'no'. Great poem.
It's hard to find the answers and it takes courage to speak one's mind. So we just hear muted voices. A thought provoking piece!
