shy sun beyond clouds
breeze teasing tiny shrubs
i take off my shoes for walk
on wet grass, on sharp stalks
it pierces deep into my skin
it bleeds, feel too much pain
i endure and grits my teeth
close my eyes took a breath
i seek comfort of a shelter
to ease my emerging fever
i hear echoes you left behind
beneath this towering pine
i can see scratches on bark
where you left your mark
sweet words you uttered
in my heart embedded
i forgot all the pain, yes
i start to dream your kiss
i lean and slowly sit down
very peaceful no sound
