Playing The Game Of Life Poem by Mary Nagy

Playing The Game Of Life

It comes with no instructions.
You make up your own rules.
That means you must take all the blame
when acting like such fools.

You always have a choice
in everything you do.
Your decisions are rewarded
by what comes back to you.

They say karma can be scary.
It doesn't have to be.
If all you give is kindness,
that's all you're going to see.

Life is one big challenge.
Just roll with every punch.
I have faith that you can do it...
let's just say ''I have a hunch''.

Mary, it sure would be nice if we could all learn to play by the rules. I like the whimsical nature of the poem combined with the purposeful message. Well done! ! Brian
