Possessing Of A Good Health Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Possessing Of A Good Health

Some may claim that fortune and fame,
Are goals to reach and to maintain.
But possessing of a good health,
Is better than impressing people with wealth.
Since people who live for nothing else...
Seem to live for nothing else but to greed.

Some may claim that fortune and fame,
Are goals to reach and to maintain.
But...
Nothing is richer than health.
Or possessing every good thought felt.
And getting up and able to walk...
Through the trees.
Without making impressions.

And...
Possessing discipline everyday.
With a doing it and able to say,
That one's mind has a peace that stays...
And capable of showing,
One's wealth of health remains.

Some may claim that fortune and fame,
Are goals to reach and to maintain.
But possessing of a good health,
Is better than impressing people with wealth.
Since people who live for nothing else...
Seem to live for nothing else but to greed.
